Q: What is an FFL ?

A: An "FFL" is a Federal Firearm License. FFL holders are commonly gun stores, pawn shops, and retail sporting goods stores.  All firearms sold to individuals online must be shipped to a local FFL holder who will then transfer the firearm (via ATF form 4473 and associated background check) to the individual.

Q: How do I arrange to have a local FFL handle my transfer ?

A: Choose a local FFL holder of your choice and we will request and a copy of their FFL. Transfers fees differ for FFL holders. 

Q: Can you ship guns directly to me?

A: Under Federal law it is against the law to ship guns to any physical address that is not an FFL holder.
