On hot days, testing revealed that the temperature inside a blind can exceed outside temperatures by up to 40° Fahrenheit. With the Big Mike with Vents, the temperature rose 3 times less, making blind hunting in hot weather a whole lot more comfortable. The vented roof panels let heat out, without letting light in.
